SHIPPING POLICY – LULLAMOON COLLECTIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for the shipping charge shown at checkout unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

Perfume & Fragrance Shipping
Fragrance products may contain alcohol and can be subject to carrier transportation restrictions. Because of this, some perfume orders may be required to ship by ground transportation and may not qualify for expedited or air shipping, even if an expedited option is normally available.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order. If an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or redirected.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but carrier delivery issues may require a claim or investigation.

Miniature Fragrances
Please review the product description carefully before ordering. Our miniature fragrances vary in size and may be dabber/splash bottles rather than sprays unless specifically stated otherwise.
